Cheese! nomnomnom!

Those who have watch Shakugan no Shana before, you should have remembered how the humans who were killed in a supernatural accident were replaced by torches. These torches form those humans as if they exist, and when the flame gets smaller, the humans will gradually be forgotten from those who are actually alive. Once the flame extinguishes, the human forms will go too, and no one will know who the torches are, where they are. The dead humans will just disappear slowly in their lives, no matter how much they are related to each other when they are alive.
So through irl- in real life. When one says, he/she is a living human with no soul, what do they mean? Are they just like the torches? In irl form, if the torches gradually get smaller, something has to be done to keep them from disappearing forever in this world, and as well, not being forgotten, which in turn leads to separation. But what is needed?
Fuel.
Each different torch has an unique fuel, that helps it to stay strong. When the torch is weak, it needs the fuel as an energy to keep it going, provided if the fuel has not turn cold. Thus overall, it takes two hands to clap, like surviving is needed if both the torch and fuel cooperate together, in which it leads to 2 humans: one act as a torch, the other act as a fuel.

For now, I saw that flame, burning weakly within. It's like, a living human, with a soul thats still grasping on it.
Wheres the fuel that it needs? Is it warm, or is it cold..?
No matter what, the fuel has to stay strong. It has to stay warm, warm enough for the flame to burn brightly. Nothing has been done now, but soon, it had to, or it will lose that flame forever..
