Cheese! nomnomnom!

Weird, I've been receiving some letters from the navy lately, and now a specialist card from the navy.
Through that few letters, it really sets me thinking: should I join the Navy? Theres a part where you can join as a student first, with a monthly studying allowance of 1k and bonus of 1.2k per successful semester. There are other benefits if you join as a student to NCSS(navel combat systems specialist).
The $ and benefits sure makes my eyes light up, but then, is it really worth it to join though? Cos I know, most of my freedom will be taken up through this career or studying.
Having thoughts about this, hope that my decision is final. Am I up to it?
