Yesterday went to gym for the first time, its free! and it certainly cramps me out like madddd:(
When I reached that gym, have to go through procedures o.o theres someone who's taking me for a tour around the gym (3 storeys in total), after that checkmy body mass or something(I freak out when I saw that I have to step on metal thingys and have to press another metal thingys with both my thumbs, I auto think about me gunna electrocuted>.>)
Then I realized, my targeted weight is 53.2 kg(I still lack 4kg) and the person said I have to lose 3 kg of fats and gain 2 kg of muscles o.o I dunno whether 3kg of fats is alot or not to the peeps out there, but to me its alotx.x.x.x and after that I'm wondering, if I lose 1 kg my body mass, aren't I 5 kg away from the targeted weight instead?o.o
And I also realized my left arm and leg, the muscles are lesser than my right-weird, its normal for left arms to have lesser muscles if right handed, but how about legs?O.O
After that my first try-out in the gym, the cardio or something aka running thingy! And yea, I played with the speed thingy, and my stamina died in 10 mins=.=; and I'm suppose to train non stop for half an hour!
After that those abdominal exercises, though I thought it does mainly to my arms and legs, cos I can feel them burning like mad instead of my abdoment o.o
Did those arms and legs machines, and at the end of the day I'm damn weak:/ cos I have to do 4 sets 15 times each for each machine, its like, OMG LA!;.;
Tmw going to gym again, but some thing happened, hope its solved, or I can't go to the gym anymorex.x
