First day of working at trcc and e1 cafeo.o
Overall time flies veryyy fast, and I felt that I'm quite slow on my performance:/ Hope they won't zz hahazx.x
Randal and justina kept disturbing me during my work sia! Slap themm!
But yep, able to bond alright with the staff peeps, since some of them already knew me before I actually started working:P
Still have to work tmw as well, but at least I don't have to wake up so early and my pa is fetching me!
Hope tmw things will turn out alright:)
Had CO after my work, learning the same old songs, but including xi yi wu and jing she kuang wu o.o
I still sux at my yang bian:( Can't seem to improve, zzz. Haven't improve on breathing techniques either, haiz.

To meiling ba, sometimes, when comes to playing dizi, its best not to rely on me just cos I can play the parts, be it good or bad. So what if I learned under Ronald for nearly 1 year and got improve in your view? You can be the same as me if your _(don't know what word to use), if can, try don't focus on your gadgets too much in the practice room before or during practice time, but try practice and focus on which parts you don't understand, you can ask me or mainly Ronald de, we don't bite! But I also hope you will try to remember what we said etc when the next time got practice de.
Don't say stuff like, 'I can't be as good as xinhui' , or when peeps say you can improve if continuing practicing under Ronald as well, but you say 'won't happen, she is she, me is me'(I'm just assuming*) or something around there. You can do it de kay? Don't just give up just cos you don't know how to play and let me solo parts of the songs. I'm not pro at all, I died even at parts of the songs too(playing long notes already killed me + I still can't differentiate flats and sharps, killed by Ronaldx.x). Theres 2 dizi peeps wor, not 1, and when both dizi suddenly no sound at a certain point where theres suppose to be dizi playing, won't you feel abit weird or z ma?
Dizi basically is a 'loud' instrument, whenever during practice, I wish you can play through most parts of the songs loud or clear, and even when you made a mistake/mistakes or not sure how to play, I wish that you won't stop, but try to keep up/enter the next bar with the rest instead of putting down your dizi on your lap and wait till you find a part where you know how to play (you know which part in chun jie for e.g ba?).
One thing kay, don't be afraid of spoiling the songs, the more your afraid, the more you don't want to play, and can't improve cos you are silent instead of making mistakes and improving from them.
Though you today play dizi outside the room, which is like, totally a diff person playing, seriously a miracle, after I assume* is due to what I said at you earlier(which I think it is), its very good if you can continue on playing in this way de, but I just want to ask ba, when you can play that good outside the room, why during the previous times during practice, its not the same as what you played earlier? Not offending or what, but is it that you want to prove/show to me that I'm wrong about what I said to you ma? I honestly wish to know why you suddenly play well wor, just hope your reason isn't proving to me I'm wrong ba, thats not good wor.
Try not to z ba meiling, but yep, hope that you know why peeps wanna practice and able improve ba.
They practice, is not to show that they are better ba, is more of wanting to get familiar with the song, practicing on the notes, and hoping they are able to be able to finish the whole song even if there are mistakes during playing. Of cos, theres parts that confirm make anyone die de, but thats when they ask their mates who knows how to play, listen to the original song to understand how the song goes, or the best way, ask the teacher, or to most, diedie stick to metronome and try to practice hahaz, but yep, more practice:)
The more you practice on a certain part, no matter what happens, will improve de, as long as your willing to put your heart in it, and doing your best:) But if you rather not play the song and listen to others play instead, you aren't actually practicing and improving in process wor. And you will improve and make the song sound even nicer when your able to play 'tr', 'cresendo', etc de.
Just don't forget, each player plays an important part wor meiling.

But yep, no matter what, when you got stumped at a certain part, be it big or small, just don't give up kay? Instead of giving up, stay strong and try to ask for help whenever possible during breaks etc, and practice on that part till you at least roughly got it, just try don't laugh laugh while practicing and say difficult or you can't do it, cos you -CAN- do it!:)
Honestly la, for me, I keep finding that I didnt improve well in my view ba, cos I always can't meet up to Ronald's standards, but I didn't give up wor meiling, I try now and again hoping that finally I can meet at least part of his expectations, and also try improving in process, but of cos la, I will be damn frustrated at myself for making the same mistakes over and over again, which is damn frequently. But yep, how each song fares, is depending on how each of us play ba, be it good or bad de. One person can't make the song sound damn nice and all(towards whole orchestra pieces), all of us are there for each other and to help out if can, and helps play the song better overall:)

Very sorry that I type out so much ba, hope that you or anyone won't take offense de, this is just how I felt ba, and I really wish to see you improve improve improve! Must try to 'du2 li4' and try not to keep relying wor:)

*ohh ya, the ** above is cos I hate using the word assume, cos assume is ass out of u and me hahaz(sounds lame, but yeaa I hate the word)x.x but for this matter de, I seriously have to assume ba, overall jumping to conclusions, sorry to meiling in advancex.x
